ORDER
W.M.P. No.55957 of 2025 is ordered subject to the payment of separate court fee.
2.This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of individual patta, chitta and individual sketch, based on the petitioners' title by uploading the same in the official website for confirmation of the petitioners' title. 3.The petitioners claim that even though they have given a representation on 28.07.2025 for the aforementioned purpose, till date, the said representation has not been considered. In such circumstances, this writ petition has ben filed. 4.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He would submit that the petitioners will have to submit an online application and only thereafter, the request of the petitioners can be entertained.
5.Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions would submit that the petitioners are willing to submit an online application for the reliefs as prayed for in this writ petition. The said statement is recorded. 6.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioners' online application seeking for issuance of patta, chitta and individual sketch, based on the petitioners' title, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners or any other
third party, if any, whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the second respondent seeking for issuance of individual patta, chitta and individual sketch, for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application within a stipulated time, the second respondent is directed to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire within a period of 12 weeks thereafter and if the petitioners are entitled for patta as prayed for in their online application, the said patta shall be uploaded in the official website for the confirmation of the petitioners' title.
