CMP.Nos.1696, 1699 & 1700 of 2026 in S.A.No.143 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 168 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent as the respondents 2 to 4 in the above Second Appeal respectively.

2. Considering the nature of averments in the affidavits filed along with these petitions and as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent has to be brought on record for proper adjudication in the Second Appeal, these petitions are Ordered.

3. The registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the Second Appeal on 22.04.2026.
