ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from proceeding further by the operation of the order passed by the second respondent dated 09.10.2025 with regard to the lands morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, and consequently direct the first respondent to dispose of the statutory appeal dated 23.10.2025 filed by the petitioners.

2. Eventhough in the first limb of the prayer, the petitioner seeks to forebear the respondents 2 and 3 from proceeding further by the operation of the order dated 09.10.2025 passed by the second respondent, the learned Senior counsel for the petitioners on instructions would submit that the petitioners are not pressing the said prayer before this Court in this writ petition. The said statement is recorded.

3. Further, the only limited prayer the learned Senior counsel for the petitioners on instructions seeks is for early disposal of the statutory appeals dated 23.10.2025 filed by the petitioners before the first respondent. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if such a limited relief is granted by __________Page 2 of 4

this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid appeals filed by the petitioners.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the statutory appeals filed by the petitioners on 23.10.2025 aggrieved by the order passed by the second respondent, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
