Respondent Prayer : The Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.432 of 2017 in O.P.No.850 of 2016 dated 20.11.2017 on the file of the V Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. For Petitioner : Mr. C.Prakasam

ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.432 of 2017 in O.P.No.850 of 2016 dated 20.11.2017 on the file of the V Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2.The Civil Revision Petition was posted for admission on 07.12.2018. On that date, no representation for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 17.12.2018. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption for "adjourned admission", the learned counsel for the petitioner sought an adjournment. It appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner has no interest in proceeding with the case further and the present civil revision petition is pending for the past three years without even admitting the same or ordering notice to the respondent.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the civil revision petition. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
