The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram to dispose of RCOP.No.1 of 2021 within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. The petitioner herein filed a Rent control eviction petition against the respondent on the ground of the owner's occupation. It is seen from e-Court status filed in the typed set that the main original petition was posted for arguments on 14.07.2025 and thereafter, there is no substantial progress. Taking into consideration, the original petition was of the year 2009 and the same was posted for arguments in July 2025, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram, to dispose of the original petition, as expeditiously as possible.

3. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
