This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the appeal in AS Sr.No.140853 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause explaining the 2/4

delay and I am inclined to condone the delay in filing the appeal.

4. In view of the above, the petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
