ORDER

The petitioner seeks to extend the time to comply with the earlier order dated 18.11.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No. 21595 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No. 2391 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that as per the direction issued by this court, he has taken demand draft for the amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, but due to personal difficulties, he could not arrange sureties worth about Rs.25,000/-, and has now made arrangements to comply with the condition imposed by this court. Hence, he seeks to extend the time granted by this court.

3. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the time is extended till 21.01.2026 to comply with the earlier direction issued by this court.

4. Post the matter on 21.01.2026.
