Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to issue work Site Inspection Certificate and Working Condition of the Plans and Machineries certificate to the Petitioner, enabling him to participate in the

e-tender floated by the 1st Respondent vide Tender Notice No. 17/HDO/NH/2025-26/dated 02.12.2025, by considering the Petitioners representation dated 04.12.2025

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, fairly submitted that work Site Inspection Certificate and Working Condition of the Plans and Machineries certificate will be issued to the petitioner today itself.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
