2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for an early disposal of the petitioner's representation/Appeal dated 28.07.2025 by the second respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that, patta has been granted in favour of a third party, which, according to the petitioner is illegal. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent on 28.07.2025 seeking for cancellation of the said patta. Since the same has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. The said representation is an Appeal filed by the petitioner before the second respondent aggrieved by the order of the third respondent, the Tahsildar, granting patta in favour of a third party. 2 / 5

4. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation/Appeal dated 28.07.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court by adhering to the principles of natural justice. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation made by the petitioner.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation/Appeal dated 28.07.2025 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the third party, in whose name, patta is presently standing and also any other third party, whom, the second respondent deems it fit to enquire. 3 / 5
