ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.411 of 2016 filed by the first respondent/plaintiff.
2. The first respondent herein/plaintiff filed the above said suit seeking declaration that the sale deed executed by him in favour of the first defendant dated 29.09.2015 was null and void and for consequential permanent injunction restraining the defendants from interfering his possession.
3. It is seen from the typed set of papers that the pleadings in the suit were already completed and trial in the suit began long back. Though recording of evidence started in March2024, till date, trial is in the stage of PW1 cross.
4. Taking into consideration that the suit is of the year 2016 and recording of evidence was started earlier, this court is inclined to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.411 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.
5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
