ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2023 and to take appropriate steps thereby permitting the self-financing school imparting uniform system of School Education in the State of Tamil Nadu such as the petitioner / school.
It can be seen from the typeset of papers and from the argument of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, for the very same prayer of considering the representation dated 31.10.2023, the petitioner/school already filed W.P.No.9675 of 2025 and by an order dated 24.03.2025, the respondents are directed to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders on merits. It submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that even thereafter, no steps whatsoever has been taken by the respondents. If that be the case, it would be open for the petitioner to approach this Court by filing a contempt petition and the second writ petition in respect of the same relief, cannot be maintained.

Accordingly, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 19.12.2025 veda To 1.
