ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Ms.R.Poornima, Inspector of Police, Thalaivasal Police Station, was present before this Court and an affidavit dated 30.01.2026 has been filed. The relevant paragraph is extracted hereunder:- "10. I respectfully submit that, upon completion of a detailed and elaborate investigation, a final report has been filed before the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No-II, Attur, Salem District, through e-filing on 29.01.2026 vide PRC-LTN-20230000650C202600102 and the same is yet to be taken on file."

2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No-II, Attur, Salem District, to act upon the police report filed in Crime No.85 of 2022 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is closed. 30-01-2026 Asi
