ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.No.5983 of 2017, dated 24.4.2025. 2.It is seen from records that already the proceedings dated 25.8.2025 has been issued by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government. The learned counsel for the petitioner seriously objects to the reason assigned in this proceedings stating that the entire land has been used and not even a bit of land is left vacant and therefore re-conveyance of the land is not possible and that such a stand taken by the Government goes contrary to the records.

3.In the considered view of this Court, considering the limited jurisdiction exercised in contempt petition, the disputed facts cannot be gone into. Hence, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings and workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
