ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 25.09.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37096 of 2025.

2. This Court vide order dated 25.09.2025 directed the respondent to conduct an enquiry with regard to the legal heirs of the Thameen, by

considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2025. Accordingly, the respondent has conducted an enquiry and passed an order dated 26.02.2026.
