ORDER
Producing a copy of Memo No.021012/138/G.27/G.27(2)/2025-3 dated 03.02.2026 issued by the Chief Engineer/Personnel TANGEDCO Administrative Branch, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the direction of this court had been complied with.
2. The said Memo makes it clear that the applicant Thiru.K.Jayaraj had been granted suitable post in accordance with his qualification and eligibility under compassionate grounds and he has been provisionally selected for the post of Field Assistant (Trainee) under compassionate grounds and he is allotted to Chengalpattu Electricity Distribution Circle on temporary basis against the existing vacancy in the level of pay of Rs.18,800 - 59,900/-.
3. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed. The efforts taken by the Officers concerned in complying with the direction of this court are deeply appreciated.
