ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 24.06.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22199 of 2025.
2. Mr.Abishek Moorthy, learned Government Advocate would submit that pursuant to the directions of this Court, an enquiry was conducted and recommendations were made by the second respondent, the Tahsildar, Madhavaram in the Writ Petition, vide proceeding dated 27.02.2026 and the same has been addressed to first respondent/Competent Authority for passing of appropriate orders.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that a copy of the report of the Tahsidar has not been furnished. Subsequently, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent furnished a copy of the same to learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate for respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed. It is open to the petitioner, if aggrieved to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.. 30-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order jv
