The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Sirkali, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.7 of 2017 within the time fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners herein filed a suit for bare injunction against the respondents.

3. A perusal of the e-court status filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate the pleadings of the parties were completed as early as August-2019 and the suit is posted for commencement of trial. It is further seen the plaintiffs' side evidence is over and the suit is posted for recording evidence on the side of the defendants.

4. Taking into consideration, the suit was of the year 2017 and the trial in the suit is halfway through, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif Court, Sirkali, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.7 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
