This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.358 of 2025, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been e-filed before the jurisdictional Court.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if so advised.
