ORDER
The above Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 3rd Respondent to file the Additional Final Report after completing the further investigation as ordered in C.M.P.No.197 of 2023 dated 12.06.2025 by the learned District Munsiff-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvennainallur within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
2.When the matter is taken up today for consideration, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that pursuant to the directions of the learned Magistrate, further investigation is being done by the 3rd respondent police. He would submit that the 3rd respondent would be able to complete further investigation and file the additional final report within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.Recording the above submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
