This Habeas Corpus Petition is allowed and the Detention Order passed by the second respondent in Rc.No.840/2025/M6D.O.No.36/2025 dated 06.10.2025, is hereby set aside.

2. The detenu, viz., Mohammed Wasim Khan, S/o. Jagubar Allavudin, male aged 29 years, confined in Central Prison, Vellore, is directed to be set at liberty forthwith, unless his presence is required in connection with any other case.
