The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.6000/- and proceed with the cross examination of P.W.1 to P.W.3 as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32424 of 2025 vide Ordeer dated 02.12.2025.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.6000/- on or before 08.12.2025. He would further submit that as the Order copy was made ready on 05.12.2025 and also due to his poor financial status, he was not able to mobilize funds. Hence, he seeks extension of time to deposit the amount as ordered by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, a further period of one week from today is granted to the petitioner to deposit the amount ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32424 of 2025 on 02.12.2025 and this petition is ordered accordingly. 05.01.2026 vrc To
