Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 against the 5th respondent not to interfer with the peaceful possession in Survey No.28, Block No.7, Chennai - 600 011, Perambur, Soma Sundaram Vinayagar Koil First Street, Door No.51/B, Total extent comprises 75 sq.mtr, (807 sq.ft), out of this only 548 sq.ft (50.92 sq.mts) was settled which comprises 504 sq.ft, plot and a tiled house with electrical connections and also includes a path to go to the Plot comprises 4*11=44 sq.ft. which was registered on 19.01.2011 in the Office of the Sub Registrar Sembiam, vide settlement Document No.327/2011.
