This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief.

2. The petitioner seeks for disposal of the petitioner's appeal dated 23.05.2023 pending on the file of the first respondent.

3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's appeal dated 23.05.2023 is directed to be disposed of by the first respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 23.05.2023.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 23.05.2023 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
