The civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the trial court to expedite the disposal of HMOP.No. 409 of 2024.

2. The petitioner herein filed a petition for divorce on the ground of cruelty.

3. It is seen from the e-court status filed in the typed set of papers, the respondent entered appearance as early as March 2025 and he also filed counter on 30.01.2026. The matter has been adjourned to 12-03-2026 for enquiry.

4. Taking into consideration the OP was of the year 2024 and the pleadings of the parties were completed, this Court is inclined to direct the trial court to dispose of the OP as expeditiously as possible.

5. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
