ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.05.2025 in Spl .S.C.No.187 of 2025 on the file of the sessions judge special court for exclusive of trial cases under Pocso act , Tiruvannamalai for the alleged offence under Sections 87,64(2)(m) of BNS and Sections 5(1), 5(j)(ii), 6(1) of the POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.475 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the successive bail petition and this Court has earlier dismissed the bail petition of the petitioner on 06.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30216 of 2025 for the following reasons.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, I have gone through the earlier order, it is reported that the trial is likely to be started

and this is the fourth bail application and there is no change in circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate submitted that the DNA test result is positive.

4. In view of the above facts and this is the fifth bail application and the earlier four bail applications were dismissed by this Court and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
