For Petitioners : Ms.S.Valarmathi COMMON ORDER These criminal original petitions have been filed seeking to quash the private complaints in STC.Nos.639, 638, 637 & 634 of 2025 respectively, all pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam.

2. When the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw these criminal original petitions. An endorsement as regards withdrawal was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in these petitions today. However, she submitted that the cases are now posted on 08.01.2026 for appearance of the parties and the petitioners are from Mumbai and hence, the appearance of the 2nd and 3rd petitioners before the trial court may be dispensed with.

3. In view of the above, these criminal original petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. However, acceding to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the presence of the 2nd and 3rd 2/4

petitioners before the trial court is dispensed with, except for receipt of copies, answering the charges, questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. The petitioners shall be duly represented by their counsel before the trial court on all hearing dates and the 2nd and 3rd petitioners shall appear in person before the trial court, whenever their presence is necessitated by the learned trial Judge for the progress of the trial.

4. As far as the stay petitions in Crl.MP.Nos.24701, 24715, 24723 & 24728 of 2025 are concerned, the same stand closed. As far as Crl.MP.Nos.24706, 24719, 24724 & 24732 of 2025, which are filed for dispensing with personal appearance of the 2nd and 3rd petitioners are concerned, the same are ordered in the above terms.

5. The trial court shall complete the trial proceedings as expeditiously as possible and the petitioners shall co-operate in the trial proceedings.
