When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the offences of this case are altered into Sections 5(l), 5(j)(ii), 6 of POCSO Act, Sections 4(1), 5(1)(a), 5(1)(b), 5(1)(c), 5 B(2) of ITP Act, 1956, Section 98 of BNS and 3(2), (Va) of SC/ ST (POA) Amendment Act, 2015 on 20.11.2025.
