Today, this matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "for clarification" at the instance of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for appellant and respondents appeared and submitted that a compromise memo filed by both parties seems to be in Tamil and the same also may be incorporated along with the decree. Then only, they can execute the decree in terms of compromise. Hence, the matter is listed today.

3. Considering the reasons stated by both sides seems to be reasonable one, the Registry is directed to incorporate compromise memo submitted in Tamil along with the decree and the same shall be part and parcel of the decree. Consequently, when this matter is settled in terms of compromise memo, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered to be closed.
