Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is allowed and the time for complying with the conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11742 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025, is extended by a further period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the petitioner paying a cost of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) to the District Legal Services Authority, Thiruvallur. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
