ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent-police to complete the investigation and file a final report/ charge sheet in Crime No.538 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Annur by way of e-filing bearing No.LTN20220002244D20269179 on 16.02.2026.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands closed.
