The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the above said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10:30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
