This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.30239 of 2025, dated 06.11.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein is suffering from health ailments, hence he is unable to appear before the respondent police as imposed on him, while granting anticipatory bail by this Court, hence prays to modify the same. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
