(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.,) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 29.08.2025 made in Spl.S.C.No.82 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Despite service of notice, there is no representation for the third respondent/de-facto complainant, either in person or through a counsel.

4. Being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition seeking to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
