kas 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petition has been filed seeking to complete the trial within a specified period, the fact remains that warrant is pending against the accused. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the above petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition seeking execution of warrant. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the endorsement made, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
