This petition is filed to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the petition.

Heard Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate for the petitioners and Mr.A.Ilayaperumal, learned counsel for the respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 39 days in filing the petition is condoned and accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
