The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(i), 4(1)(aa) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 in Crime No.304 of 2025 registered on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 518 bottles of brandy. Hence the complaint. 3.Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.29801 of 2025 dated 03.11.2025 on the ground that the petitioner is having 32 previous cases, similar in nature pending against him.

4. Considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
