. Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue work site inspection certificate and working condition of the plaints and machinery certificate to the petitioner for the tender notification in Tender Notice No.17/HDO/NH/2025-26 dated 02.12.2025 passed by the second respondent forthwith.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent to issue work site inspection certificate to the petitioner for the tender notification in Tender Notice No.17/HDO/NH/2025-26 dated 02.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made spot inspection of the site and is owning all the required machineries, vehicles and other necessary equipments for the execution of the tender work and therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 09.12.2025 seeking Site Inspection Certificate, but till date said certificate has not been issued to the petitioner. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Mr.Yogesh Kanndasan, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents submits, on instructions, that the application of the petitioner will be processed and Work Site Inspection Certificate will be issued on 15.12.2025.

4. Recording the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
