ORDER
The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 of IPC r/w 66D of IT Act and Sections 3, 5 of Emblems and Name (Prevention of Improper Use) Act in Cr.No.10 of 2025 1/4
on the file of the respondent police. seeks anticipatory bail.

The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is ranked as A3 in this case, she joining hands with other accused including the main accused/A1 claiming themselves were found in possession of rare material called Iridium and also for the purpose of selling it and various investment from 1060 victims to the total extend of Rs,13.13 crores, which led to the registration of the FIR. Hence, the present case.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case as if he is also a wife of A1 in this case and no money was paid to her and there is no proof for receipt of money. It is further stated that some of the accused were arrested and released on bail. The petitioner being a lady, prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner was in possession of some fake RBI Certificate and it is further claimed by the accused that they were in possession of Iridium-material which is valued at Rs.2.13crores by the RBI and by using those certificates and making similar promises and collected huge amount of Rs.13.13crores and some of the arrested accused categorically stated that the petitioner is 2/4
actively involved and Rs.2.13 crores of cash alone was received by this petitioner from nearly 300 victims and the names of the some of the victims was given in the counter by the respondent herein.
5. Considering the above nature of allegations and complexity involved in the case and number of victims and value of money insolved, if the petitioner is granted bail, she will tamper the investigation. Hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 05.01.2026 Vv To
