This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1 day in filing the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and no notice is necessary for the 1st respondent.

3.Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, the delay of 1 day is condoned and the petition is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the appeal and list the matter for admission, printing the name of Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
