When the matter was listed for hearing on 10.01.2024 there was no representation for the appellants, hence the matter was directed to be listed on 18.01.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Again, the matter was listed on 05.02.2024 under the caption "for dismissal" but there was no representation on behalf of the appellants and in order to give one more opportunity the matter was again directed to be listed on 08.02.2024 i.e,. today under the caption for ''dismissal". When the case was called today none represented on behalf of the appellants and it is clear and evident that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the case.

2. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
