Mr.B.K.Sreenivasan, learned counsel for the caveators fairly states that he has no serious objection for delay of 107 days in filing the First Appeal being condoned.

2.I have also independently gone through the affidavit filed in support of the above petition for condonation of delay, and satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner /appellant.

3.In view of the above, the delay of 107 days is condoned. The above Petition stands ordered.

4. The appeal is directed to be listed before the Joint Registrar, for Admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
