This petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the Second Appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that during pendency of the first appeal the fourth respondent died and his legal, heir who is already on record, has not been recorded in the first appeal and hence, this petition has been filed to record the same and accept the cause title in this Second Appeal.

3. Considering the fact that the death of the fourth respondent has to be recorded and his legal heir who is already on record has to be recorded, this petition is Ordered.
