It is stated that the conditional order dated 12.06.2023 has been complied with and the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- as directed therein has been deposited to the credit of the suit.

2.Considering the fact that the decree is based on a mortgage, we permit the respondent to withdraw a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-. The remaining amount of Rs.5,00,000/- is directed to be kept in an cumulative interest earning fixed deposit in a Nationalized Bank initially for a period of two years.

3.In view of the same, the interim stay already granted is made absolute.
