Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus Directing the fourth respondent to issue a Work Site Inspection Certificate and Working Condition of the Plants and Machineries Certificate to the petitioner in respect of the TENDER NOTICE No.17/HDO/NH/2025-26 dated 02.12.2025 insofar as S.No.1 work is concerned for CRIF 2025-2026 Widening from Single Lane to Two Lane and strengthening at km 5/8 - 8/675 of Velagoundampatty - Elur- Puduchatram Road (M-1236) including reconstruction of Culverts at km 6/4, 7/2, 7/4 (i), 7/4(ii), Construction of well protective wall at km 8/6 & Construction of Retaining Wall at km 8/6 (Job No.TN-CRIF-2025-26-SLM-15) and consequently direct the third respondent to accept the petitioner's tender application and to evaluate the same.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to issue Worksite Inspection and Plant and Machineries Certificates to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 09.12.2025.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents submits, on instructions, that the Worksite Inspection and Plant and Machineries Certificates have already been issued.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
