ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to absorb the petitioner as Overseers or any other equivalent post in the Rural Development and Panchayat Department in the existing vacancy as the petitioner has already selected in the written examination conducted by the Tamil Nadu Government for the post notified in the notification G.O. (Ms).No.105 dated 09.11.2012 and same by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2025 and 21.06.2025. 2/5

2. The facts of the case are as follows:

The petitioner was appointed as Technical Assistant on tenure basis and the pay was fixed as Rs.12,000/- on consolidated pay. On 31.08.2016, the Block Development Officer, Parangipettai in his proceedings stating that the petitioner and other persons were relieved from their posts. Thereafter, the petitioner has approached the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation but till date, there is no response for the same. Thereafter, on 30.05.2025 and 21.06.2025, the petitioner submitted representation to consider the petitioner's post based on her seniority, but till date, no action has been taken. Hence, the present petition is filed.
