ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant an order of interim stay of all further proceedings of the impugned order No.Se.Mu.Aa.No.253 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025 passed by the first respondent and consequently, direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service pending disposal of the present Writ Petition.

2. The relief sought for in this petition is similar to the relief sought for in the main Writ Petition. Therefore, granting relief herein would be nothing but giving relief in the main Writ Petition, which cannot be granted.

3. For the reasons aforesaid, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
