This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet filed in P.R.C.No.20 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial 1/3

Magistrate No.I, Sankagiri, Salem District, against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2) 49 and 332(a) of the BNS, 2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/A8 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
