ORDER

This Civil Revision petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Trial Court, dismissing the application filed by the petitioner seeking to raise the attachment before judgement.

2. There is nothing to stay in the dismissal order passed by the Trial Court. However, the petitioner seeks stay of further proceedings in the suit. The dispute in this revision concerns the request of the petitioner to raise attachment before the judgement. Therefore, the proceedings in the suit need not be stayed. Therefore, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed. 20-02-2026 MST To The I Additional District Judge, Namakkal.
