ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to grant patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully
described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He would submit that the petitioner has not filed any supporting document along with the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2024 and therefore, without any supporting document, the representation of the petitioner cannot be considered.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application seeking for issuance of patta along with the supporting documents and a direction may be issued to the respondents to consider the said online application, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner is allowed to submit a fresh online application seeking for issuance of patta and a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of patta.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application within the stipulated time, the third respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners and any other third party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. No costs.
