ORDER
The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

The case of the petitioner is that under the pretext of conducting an enquiry in connection with the existing money dispute with one Mathesan, the respondent Police are unnecessarily harassing him. 3.
Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by Mathesan against the petitioner, the enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and during enquiry, the petitioner had undertaken to settle the amount and pursuant thereto, the enquiry has been closed. He submitted that during enquiry, the petitioner was not harassed.
